Student Support

We offer a variety of academic, technical, and administrative support to assist you on your academic journey. When you begin your application, a dedicated Enrollment Advisor will be there to guide you throughout the admissions process.

Upon entering your program, our Academic Advisor will provide you support and answer any questions you may have – from questions on learning materials to schedule to financial aid information and more.
This is all provided in addition to the tremendous support you receive from your counselor, course instructors, and fellow classmates. Our Student Support specialists and advisors foster the academic, social-emotional, and personal development of JFS students through a comprehensive set of services tailored to each individual’s abilities, goals, and needs.

Enrolment Advisor

Our Enrollment advisor offers pre-admissions support to prospective students; admitted students can ask them about orientations, course registration, and any additional steps they must complete before beginning coursework. Our Enrollment Advisor offers guidance in the following areas:

• Admissions requirements
• Applications processes and deadlines
• Support services
• Costs
• Financial aid
•Technical requirements and support

Technical Support

Technical difficulties are unforeseen equipment problems such as hardware failures or software bugs that make it difficult or impossible to perform a desired action: learners unable to access computers or navigate digital learning platforms cannot progress in their programs. Our technical support services minimize this risk. They may be able to connect with live support specialists by phone or web chat. Students who want to learn more about these and other technical support services can usually do so online.

Internship, Apprenticeships, and Field or Placement Services

Internships give students hands-on experience in applying the skills and knowledge they learn in the virtual classroom to real-life situations. Having the opportunity to work in the field can provide students with exposure they wouldn’t get from coursework, lectures, or exams. Students may also participate in voluntary internships to gain experience and build their resumes. These placements can be especially helpful for online students, who may not have access to labs and other on-site resources.

Academic Advisor

Our Academic advisor supports students for subjects/courses selection. Online learners communicate with advisors by phone, online chats, and virtual meeting rooms. Emails and web forms are available during holidays, weekends, and off-hours. Our academic advisor helps students set learning goals and help them meet them.
